Mimi's Handmade Unique handmade salsas and spice mixes using only the freshest ingredients that will have your tastebuds dancing.

We sell mainly to retailers but also sell at local farmers' markets where you can buy a variety of other Asian foods too. In March 2020 I was laid off work when the Corona virus hit and we had the first lockdown. No one knew what the future would hold because this was such a unique and new experience for everyone. Applying for all jobs that were going - not that many then - and getting nowhere, my

mum and me decided that we would start using our local knowledge and Asian heritage to make these new salsas and pickles with a totally amazing taste. All local and natural ingredients with nothing artificial, I decided to add the tagline of "Food so natural, it's naked!"
I started selling at farmers' markets and over the last 12 months have seen sales steadily increase. This has all been an amazing journey as I've wateched my little kitchen business grow from a few jars a month to over 40 a month!
