She taught me so many things directly and in-directly to enjoy and cook Thai food. Cooking is my hobby especially with m

y two daughters. I do as every mum does, trying make your little ones to enjoy their nutritious and delicious food. It is now time for me to turn my passionate hobby to a career. Even though I used to work at Thai restaurant when I was a student, but my career actually started as Aerospace Engineer. I am like everyone in this world, we are all being affected more/or less by economic recession especially during pandemic period. Not many planes are in the sky now. I really hope everyone stay safe and being happy. Find smiles around you. Keep up whatever you are doing, keep smiling and we will pass through this together. 💚Green curry💚 is so good with butternut (and many more veggies). When my dad cooked green curry, he loves to put pumkin (and other veggie). Butternut is so tasty here in the UK. Our Butternut Green Curry with tofu is vegan 👍

🇹🇭 Panang recently topped the World’s Best ‘Stews’ while Massaman ranked 8th according to the Taste Atlas. Also in the ranking of their “100 Most Popular Stews in the World” are the red, green, and yellow Thai curries as well as the sour type of Thai curry or Gang Som.

Panang, a type of Thai curry, is thick and luscious, with crushed toasted peanuts adding to its unique flavours. Panang is best served with steamed rice and a salty side dish.

Massaman, meanwhile, reflects our multicultural roots with exotic spices, including cumin, cinnamon, and star anise. Originating in the Muslim community, masaman is usually made with beef or chicken. The curry is delicious with steamed rice, thick toasts, and a bit of pickles.

So, there you have it. New Thai tastes for you to come over and explore.
