I was craving something fruity, sweet but sour at the same time, and something pleasing for my eyes too. Red and white are typically the colour of love, especially in the shape of little candy hearts. I usually grab a free copy of the Tesco's Food magazine on my way out of the store when I see them, and I usually find great recipes inside. Some became family favorites, some not so much, but when I saw this cheese cake recipe, I knew I have to make it. It didn't disappoint. It was super delicious.
