FRESH DELIVERY OF T SHIRTS!

The last ones sold out in a week so be quick.

They are kind of big so, order 1 size down, or the same size if you dont mind a little baggy (they are kinda meana be like that)

These are really good quality and costed us £12.85 just for the t shirt and print, we aren’t really trying to make lots of money on these just provide something long lasting for you to remember us by!

MEET GUILLO & 🧑🏻‍🍳🇪🇸

Guillo has been our head chef for pretty much the whole time we’ve been a proper business. He’s been there for me through thick and thin, we’ve been through it all!

In recent years we have formed a bit of a duo, collaborating very efficiently on many specials. Without Guillo we wouldn’t have been able to reach 4 locations (albeit temporarily) Guillo is built different, he’s extremely reliable, very calm under pressure and gives it absolutley everything. Be like Guillo!

He is starting his own business when I leave. He truly deserves it. The work he’s done so far on the branding and the website (carmenspizzas.co.uk) is insane. He’s really rising to the challenege.

I’m going to miss him very much.

He’s going to keep a few things from the Oscar’s menu, including the meat & smokey, the dip and the vegan options (vegan versions of every pizza no matter what)

Best of luck, you’re gonna smash it 💙

AU BABY! 🍆

This pizza is our take on the aubergine parmigiana! We have painstakingly battered the aubergines with a chickpea flour, garlic & rosemary batter. We then add tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil, the usual suspects. We finish with a metric s*** tonne of parmesan before the oven. We also kind of layer on some sauce and mozz on top of the aubergine to give that baked layered effect.

This is maybe our most innovative and for us most inconvenient pizza we’ve done!

THE LAST T SHIRT!

We did an epic competition with Long Road Sixth Form design students to design a leaving T Shirt for Oscar’s Pizza, we received some amazing work, but one design stood out from the rest! .created.by.aurora designed the winning t shirt, it was completely on brand, full of story, character, and it’s a genuinely cool t shirt! When they arrived all the young ones who work for us nicked them straight away and word has it they were checking themselves out in the mirror. 

We love it so much we are going to donate 10% of the revenue on the T shirts to Aurora, which marks her first professional design job. She doesn’t know this yet but we plan on asking her for more work again soon!

These are proper nice T shirts, our main objective was to create something which captured the story, something cool to wear, and something that will last a long time. We bought premium T shirts and hired some of the best T shirt printers in the country. The T shirts alone costed £10 each so we aren’t mucking about on this one. We aren’t trying to make a quick buck here.

It’s so hard to get t shirt quantities right, so we will probably sell out of these pretty quick, we’ll try and get a reorder in if time permits, but I would act fast if you intend to buy one.

The final batch of T shirts is here!

It’s back! 🍕🧀🧀🧀🧀🚲👨‍🎓👩‍🎓

Only 5 weeks left, but we are enjoying these last weeks so much, thanks to the team who are putting up with astronomical amounts of pizza orders and haven’t complained once. I’m very lucky to have such a stable team, even though the business is closing. This is why we’re able to go out with such a bang, normally people would just be winding things down not cranking it up like never before.
