Hey all!

This Sunday there's a free music event in Letchworth and we will be there!!

Doors open 10:30, music from 12:00 till 17:00, based in the Wynd, so next to the (very crucially).

And yes, the name is delightfully corny, and the orgs are so old school - there's zero socials, but I promise you it's happening :-D

It's been an amazing 3 months! We had lots of fun, met and fed hundreds of you lovely people, shared our passion for Blinis and also learned a lot.

But the reality intervenes. Today is the last day we'll be trading on the Cambridge market in 2025.

This is not a goodbye, we're still around, still love making pancakes and will be popping up here and there as the schedule allows.

And if you've read this far - I guess you really like us! Drop by the market today and get a blin on me. :)

We now officially have a Food Safety score, yay!

Since we're just starting - it was actually very important for us to get it sorted. Shout out to the Environmental Health team at , who were very patient while we continued to look for our first placement!
