Throwback Tuesday
Thomas H Young with the Tarbert cow, an Ayrshire dairy cow which won top prizes at Kintyre and Mid-Argyll shows in the 1950's.
She was bought by Thomas Young at Tarbert Auction Market from a farmer from Tighnabruaich, at a time when there were a multitude of dairy herds all over Argyll.
