At 58, I never thought I would be fit enough to walk, never mind run 5k

I’ve suffered with asthma for years, this compromised my fitness and weight….

But 2.5 years ago I joined Slimming world and lost 3.5 stone…..

I am proud to say I ran/walked the 5 k In 53 minutes including 15 obstacles, lots of water, lots of mud, lots of fun

Come and run with me next year…. Youve got a year to prepare yourself following an incredible food optimising plan to be lighter, fitter, healthier and motivated to achieve your weight loss goals
