I made 2 batches one suitable for vegetarians. So easy to make and only 1 healthy extra if you eat 5 of these bad boys

How to make quiches the slimming world way

6 eggs
1/2 tub fat free cottage cheese
Ham
Spring Onion
Tomatoes
Cheese ( 1 x Healthy extra grated)
Mushrooms
2 x slimming world wraps

Pit all ingredients into a bowl

Use pastry cutter to create discs for the quiche base

Use frylight spray to coat the muffin tin prior to laying in the wrap discs.

Then mix all ingredients into a jug, (hold back the grated cheese). Use cheese to sprinkle on top of the wet quiche mixture.

Put in oven electric 160-180 bake until risen and golden brown.
