The perfect combination of green chilli & garlic sauce with mayonnaise to make a light and creamy dressing in just minutes. Garlic, mild chilli and herbs add a burst of flavour to any pasta dish. Simply mix equal parts of Jethros’s Green chilli with mayonnaise and gently stir through pasta and salad.

When you’re in a rush our sauces can help you out.
Late lunch for me today as I’ve been loading up ready for The Blenheim Food Festival so I used some left over chicken breasts previously marinated in our Lemon Chilli & Coriander Sauce , home grown rocket, cucumber, mayo and a liberal dash of Jethro’s Lime Chilli & Oregano. So tasty 😋
