I have been making cheesecakes for many years in both UK and New Zealand and they have all been thoroughly taste tested by my wonderful family and friends. Each cheesecake is handmade by me in my very own mobile kitchen, then frozen to ensure it arrives in the best condition. Happy to discuss different flavours or dietary requirements.

These do not have gelatine in them so they are more of a soft/mousse texture once defrosted.
