A stack of pancakes birthday cake. 4 thin layers of vanilla sponge with salted caramel buttercream and caramel sauce inside and made to look like a stack of pancakes with maple syrup and blueberries and a “Pat of butter “ made from buttercream in the shape of a skull. 🥰

This is the second “joint” cake I’ve made! It’s popular for some unknown reason? I’ve really enjoyed making them though. It’s lemon drizzle flavour buttercream and vanilla sponge.

Dark chocolate cupcakes with dairy free caramel inside, dairy free caramel buttercream, drizzled in caramel, topped with crumbled dairy and gluten free shortbread. And of course dairy free white chocolate and strawberry skulls! 💀🧁😋😋

Vanilla cupcakes with a caramel centre and Swiss meringue buttercream in raspberry ripple flavour. Drizzled with raspberry sauce and sprinkles and topped with a raspberry! 😋😋🥰🥰

Deconstructed millionaire shortbread cupcakes!
Chocolate cake with caramel in the centre, a caramel cream cheese frosting with a sprinkling of shortbread crumbs, a drizzle of caramel and a small square of millionaire shortbread!
Oh, and of course some white chocolate skulls! 😁
