Grafter is what a session cider should be. Pure, clean and refreshing, naturally made at Woolton Farm from Kentish apples, with just enough complexity to keep you interested without ever trying too hard.

It sits at a low ABV, it's light, sessionable and slightly sweet without tipping over into cloying. Not industrial, not overly crafty. Just a really well made cider that does exactly what you want it to do: refresh without dumbing down, satisfy without being heavy.

Skylark was our first sparkling cider, and a decade on it still sits at the top of the tree.

The nose is ripe and layered: red and green apple alongside suggestions of nectarine and orange peel, with something deeper underneath, notes of toffee and raisin that build as you spend time with it.

Medium dry, medium to full bodied, with a long finish that earns its place at any table.
