With a background in both Restaurants and event catering locally and further afield, i have built up a versatile repetoire that can be adapted to perfectly suit your event, whether that is the more traditional canapes followed by a three course meal, or the ever popular street food such a paella or tacos.

A special weekend of food for Anna and Charlie 🧡💚

Canapés and char sui bao buns the night before the wedding, then the wedding day itself saw more canapés, a tuna tartare starter with ponzu, wasabi mayo and rice cracker, the main was a play on steak and chips with rolled sirloin cooked on the fire, potato terrine, aka a giant chip, and charred hispi with chimmichurri. Dessert was mini choux buns with tiramisu flavours - a tiramisu-choux of course 🤣 and late night cheese toasties went down a storm.

Always the greatest pleasure to work with this family, they sure do know how to celebrate 💕 and also so many lovely suppliers too!
