EXPERIMENTAL BREW DAY, Honey Ale using pure honey from a local hive in Benfleet and some hops from across the creek in Kent. Aiming for a much lower ABV this time (7% on first trial,) so I’ve reduced the grain bill size but will still keep the honey plentiful. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
