Layers of strawberry and vanilla bean kefir sponge, ceremonial grade matcha Swiss meringue buttercream, sliced macerated organic strawberries, chantilly cream and passionfruit curd.

Then dusted in freeze dried strawberry dust and organic strawberries.

Beautiful beautifulness for one of my favourite ladies 🫶
