We are aware of the recent incident and the video circulating online involving a former member of our delivery team at one of our stores.

As soon as this matter was brought to our attention, action was taken and that individual no longer works with our business.

The conduct shown in the footage and the concerns raised are extremely serious and do not reflect the standards or values we expect from anyone representing our business.

The safety and wellbeing of children, customers and the wider community will always remain our priority.

We also recognise there has been significant public reaction to this situation. However, we ask people not to speculate further or direct anger towards our wider team, who had no involvement in these events.

We are aware of the damage caused to our store overnight. Our focus now is supporting our staff, cooperating with any relevant authorities where required, and moving forward as a business.
