Something special is starting right here at Tiger Yard

On Friday 18 September, City Hospice's Sparkle Walk 2026 sets off from our doorstep and for the first time in six years, it's taking over Cardiff Bay.

Walkers will follow a scenic route past Roath Dock, the Barrage and the International Sports Village, pausing at the Barrage lookout for a moment of reflection to remember someone special.

🌙 5km or 10km — your pace, your way
🎽 Medal + a glass of bubbly at the finish
👨‍👩‍👧 Open to all ages and abilities

Every step helps City Hospice provide vital care to people in their own homes across Cardiff.
