If you insist on having cupcakes in this weather then these are the ones ..
Mango & Passion fruit - mango flavour sponge with mango and passion fruit filling, topped with mango flavour buttercream topped with coulis and passion fruit (remind me of solero)
Banoffee - toffee flavoured sponge filled with sticky toffee sauce, banana butter cream topped off with more toffee sauce and dried banana chips
At sugarpuddin we have made every flavour of cupcake from cherry Bakewell to raspberry with white choc and black cherry vanilla to kinder but these are our faves!
