72 cinnamon buns.
One very warm kitchen.
And absolutely no time to waste. 😂☀️

When the dough is proving faster than you can roll it, things get a little frantic.

Just me, trying to get all 72 buns rolled, filled and into their trays before the heatwave wins!

2am isn’t for everyone … but it works for me. 🫶🏻

There’s something about starting the day while the rest of the world is still asleep.

Every drop starts the same way: mixing, proving, rolling, filling, baking and frosting each bun by hand, ready for collection a few hours later.

It’s an early start, but I wouldn’t swap it.

Everyone’s day looks different. This just happens to be mine.
