Chilli of the Valley is an award-winning, family run Welsh producer based in Merthyr Tydfil, creating small batch chilli sauces using chillies grown right here in Wales. From mild varieties to some of the world’s hottest (including Carolina Reaper and Trinidad Scorpion), their range is all about bold flavour, local sourcing and sustainability. With Great Taste Awards and UK Chilli Sauce Awards under their belt, they also give back through community led product initiatives supporting local charities.
