🆘️ Not how we planned to end the weekend.
Luckily this happened as we arrived at our venue last night and not on route but the Iveco is in need of surgery.
She will be fighting fit again ready for the summer!

Thank you Weston Recovery Services for getting her home safely (and somehow getting it on the lorry in the first place).
And thank you to the wonderful team at for keeping us calm as our stress level hit 100% last night.

Winter finished.
Hybernation completed.
Ivy fully stocked and ready to hit the road.

It can only mean one thing...
WE'RE BACKKKK!

First public outing of the year and the first of many trips we'll be making this year down to in Cheddar.
We'll be there most Saturdays right through until September so make sure to plan a weekend at their amazing campsite this summer and grab some Mexican food as a reward to yourselves.

Lando's first shift.
Can anyone advise on the labour laws for a 3 year old?
Our last pop-up of an incredible summer at last night was one to remember with a surprise visit from this guy.
It's so hard giving up weekends with him for this business, so little moments like this where he gets to see what Mum and Dad get up to are extra special for us.
So shout out to all the parents of young families out there working your asses off 🙌 and a bigger one to all the grandparents who give up their weekends and manage to find the energy to chase after them when mum and dad are busy working ❤️

We are finally back at one of our favourite spots and what better way to beat the weekend heatwave than knocking back some beers with your Tacos and Burrito Bowls.
We'll also have Nachos, Elotes and Quesabirria on the menu for those venturing down to Caldicot for some post work Street Food and Beers this Friday.

Why do we do what we do?
Moments like these...
Last weekend we catered the wedding of a magical couple and their wonderful families.
The brief:
Mexican Food ✅️
Gluten-Free ✅️
Speak Spanish to our families.. umm....we'll give it a go
A day we won't forget in a hurry, and we can now pronounce "Quesadilla" and "Achiote" correctly after 8 years of pretending like we knew.
The Venue: Yr Ynys Arms, Ynysmeudwy, Pontardawe
Possibly our new favourite place - a pub turned air bnb that you can hire!! And we dont just mean the function room... the entire thing! Why not own a pub for a weekend?!?!

Think we had a lucky escape picking this weekend to have a family break!
Be extra kind, patient and tip-friendly to all those traders/caterers or anyone slaving away in kitchen for you this weekend and putting in a shift in this heat.
I think these guys would be melting right about now.
We're back at next Saturday (19th) before wedding season kicks off in full flow. We'll have a few pop ups in between so keep an eye on our socials and if anyone wants to book us between now and October when we have an expensive family holiday to pay for then give us a shout... please 🙏 😅 jk... or not...
