So, the folks at Parallel by Pasture now serve brunch ✨
Think thoughtfully topped flatbreads (flame grilled and beef-fat brushed, already a Parallel must-order) but this time topped with combos like beef sausage, maple bacon & tomato jam; or cured trout with ricotta, cucumber pickles, horseradish & dill. There’s also a short menu of toasted milk-bread sandwiches stuffed with things like pit beef, mustard mayo & white cabbage; or crispy egg with fried baron bigod cheese and mushrooms.
The new brunch menu also continues Parallel’s commitment to their famous carrot - but this time it’s served in hash format with a huge pile of fresh pickles and a frilly fried egg. And for brunch dessert (yes that’s now a thing), there was no turning down a massive slab of sugar-dusted fried flatbread served with chocolate mousse and a handful of frozen raspberries.
Got a funny feeling this one’s gonna be booked up for a while! 🍳
