OKTOBERFEST IMPORTANT INFORMATION 🍻

First, we’d like to thank our official sponsor, North Star Cardiff.

As has already been sent out to all ticket holders, Oktoberfest customers get 25% OFF SELECTED DRINKS at North Star today, so pop in for a warm up before the event starts!

THE EVENT ⬇️

- Venue address: Vale Arena, Penarth Rd, CF11 8TW
- Doors open at 6pm
- Last entry is 7pm so plan your journeys in advance (if you are encountering issues, please let us know)
- We will scan your ticket on the way in - this will be either on the Skiddle app or via your order confirmation email. If you can’t find it, we’ll be able to search you by name.
- Those with reserved tables will be shown to their table and receive table service by our wonderful hostesses
- If you do not have a reserved table, you can sit on any tables that do not have a reserved sign
- There are a handful of tickets kept for the door (£25 each)
- The live entertainment starts at 7pm
- Cash and card accepted at the venue
- Mandatory searches will take place on the way into the venue
- 18+ event. No ID, no entry.

Do these 3 things to ensure you get the cheapest tickets:

1. Get your tickets EARLY - the closer you leave it to the event, the more you will pay. The lower tiers sell out notoriously fast as so many people try to compete for them - make sure you’re ready.

1. Set an alarm. The on sale time is always advertised clearly - set an alarm as a reminder to yourself. Even by being a couple of minutes late can sometimes mean you miss out on the whole ticket tier and have to wait until prices go up again!

- Entry to the event
- Unreserved seating

2️⃣ TABLE TICKETS (Starting at £75 per table)
- Entry to the event for up to 6 people
- Retain your seats for the whole session
