PUDDING🍊 // ten out of ten for this European version of a Custard pudding. I have had so much fun making and eating it chilled.

This one is inspired by Xmas sweet leftovers and the seasonal abundance of citrus. It has a base made from the last homemade Melomakárona cookies, a few heaped tablespoons velvety Custard, juice seasonal clementines hidden into it, cinnamon sprinkle, toasted blanched almonds and shavings of dark chocolate. Chilled, refreshing, well portioned and delightful.

Brought back memories of the mini puddings I bought in Greek patisseries and also the Mahlabia cream desserts I was introduced to in Cardiff.

One left in the fridge and don’t know how long I’ll last before I scoff it up
