DIY burger sauce! If you’re a pickle lover, this recipe is for you. Just mix together:

Finely diced pickles
Garlic
Mayo, ketchup, and mustard
Onion powder and paprika
Salt and pepper

Then, toast your buns, sear your patties until they're crispy, and stack your burger high with extra sauce and pickle slices.

We got our minced beef from the awesome Cashells of Crickhowell. Delicious 😋
