Our journey began with a street food business serving American sandwiches packed with homemade pickles. When customers couldn't get enough of them, Will started experimenting with other recipes for markets and events - and PICKLEBITS was born.

We’re back at Monmouth tomorrow and it looks like the sun is going to be out in force! This is the second time we’ve done this event and it’s a good one, with loads of great stalls and just a really good vibe.

As well as our full range of organic pickles, we’re going to have a special snack for you to try! If you’ve seen the pickle dip that’s been making the rounds on social media but haven’t got round to making it yet, this is your chance.

The market is on from 10am-4pm, so there’s plenty of time to shop, eat and soak up the sun by the river.

Following the success of the St David’s Day Food Market, Monmouth Town Council are excited to be reintroducing Monnow Bridge Markets in collaboration with Monmouthshire Food Partnership !

📅 Come and enjoy the first market on 23 May 2026 - 10 am until 4 pm.

There will be a wonderful array of local food and produce on offer. From artisan breads and local cheeses to locally produced sweet treats, there will be something for everyone! Enjoy a day out, sampling some wonderful food from passionate suppliers.
