Upgrade your next taco night with Pickle de Gallo! 🌮🥒

This super tasty salsa is fresh, vibrant, and really easy to prepare.

To make it, simply mix:

- Diced red onion
- Deseeded tomatoes
- Chopped dill pickles
- A splash of pickle brine
- Jalapeño for a little kick
- Fresh lime juice and seasoning
- Plenty of fresh coriander

Give it a good mix and let the flavours marry for at least 30 minutes before spooning it over your favourite tacos 😋

Our journey began with a street food business serving American sandwiches packed with homemade pickles. When customers couldn't get enough of them, Will started experimenting with other recipes for markets and events - and PICKLEBITS was born.
