The new brewery is nearly finished! This space will let us expand our brewing capacity and also include a small, speakeasy style taproom where people can drop in for a quiet pint. While the plans aren’t final yet, we’d love to hear ideas.

We’re considering starting with a long wooden bench bar, keeping the brewing vessels on display.

We’d also love feedback on the colour scheme, what do people think?

On the 7th October 2018 my brother died. Ben collapsed at the finish line of the Cardiff Half Marathon and passed away instantly from a heart attack. He was 25 years old, fit and healthy.

Rob and I had worked together for a number of years, and my friendship with him was one that I came to appreciate much more fully in the time following the half marathon. His support is something that I will always be grateful for.

In our time working together we would often talk about joint business ventures that would be fun to do, a brewing company among them. When I returned to work Rob said, “Let’s stop talking about it, let’s go for it, life’s too short, let’s have some fun!” And so Frank+Otis was born.
