Whinnow Pathway is lot 12 at the H&H bull sale tomorrow. He is by Bradash Patriot and his dam is Whinnow solo Pauline EX90. She is third generation excellent and gave 10227kg 5.01 fat 3.78 protein in her 5th lactation.

Here are the eight sheep offered for sale from the Whinnow flock this Friday at H&H Carlisle.
None of the sheep will be shown in the pre sale show due to me having the honer of judging said show. Further details are on individual photos.

Whinnow Microwave ET is lot 11 at the H&H bull sale on Monday.
He is full ET brother to Whinnow Mission who sold at the April sale.
His sire is Beaufort Milkman and his dam is Skyhigh Osbert Pauline. She was the highest yielding Friesian cow in the Uk in 2019’s NMR annual report, giving 12503kg 4.72 fat 3.81 protein in her 4th lactation.

Saturday saw the Whinnow flocks last show of the year as we travelled to our local show Dalston, our results were as followed.
Tup lamb Whinnow Leonardo: 3rd
Aged ewe Whinnow Jellybean: 1st
Shearling ewe Whinnow Kerry: 1st
Ewe lamb Whinnow Ladybug: 4th
Untrimmed ewe lamb Whinnow Legacy: 1st Umtrimmed ewe lamb Whinnow Lily: 3rd
Group of three: 2nd
Whinnow Jellybean then went on to win overall champion putting our flock on the trophy for the fifth year running following in her mother and sisters footsteps.
Congratulations to Allister Thorburn and team on reserve champion, and thank you to Caroline Anderson for judging.

We also took a new breed with us for the first ever time, taking our Suffolk ewe lamb who stood third place in her class.
Congratulations to Jim Irving on champion and reserve.
