Kinkryhill Fell Ponies Fell Pony Stud The ponies are used for riding, driving, snigging logs and showing, having gained success at NPS Malvern, NCPA, Ponies UK and County show level.

Kinkryhill Fell Ponies were started by my partner Christine and I on moving from Durham to rural North Cumbria aiming to maintain the true fell pony type not exceeding 13.2 hh but hardy, weight carrying and with plenty of movement in order to meet demand for riding and driving ponies. The ‘Kinkryhill’ ponies are predominately grey or black and are kept at around 800 feet above sea level on very poor high ground thus maintaining the substance and hardiness associated with our native ponies.
