We had a grand day in Carlisle at the Quirky Eclectica market over the weekend, and since we sold a good amount of the beers we brought, I guess we'll need a refill! Luckily, there's always more beer out there and these ones are great!

First off, to help celebrate Scotland's World Cup push and raise money for the Tartan Army Sunshine Appeal, we've got Five Kingdoms Brewery's Tae Bash west coast IPA!

Then, to celebrate Pride month we have the excellent Nothing About Us Without Us NZ Pilsner from Closet Brewing in Edinburgh

The newest and most hyper hopped of them all, 'Distortion' DIPA from the legends at Azvex Brewing Co.

And our favourite friends in the North East First & Last Brewery continue to celebrate their tenth birthday in style with a GF Pale collab with Allendale Brew Co, a delicious damson and plum sour beer with The Northumberland Pantry and a back to their Roots hazy IPA

We get to work with just the best and most talented people, and we probably don't say that enough...

We've all been sweltering in the heat this week, but we found some goodies along the way, and we're supporting local independent breweries this week just as the BBC report the struggles of the industries and the alarming rate of closures. Well, with every sale, these breweries are helped out and we've got some beauties this week

Three new hazy, hoppy classics from Lakes Brew Co as well as the supremely delicious Waiting for Lightning from Fell Brewery too, already for delivery today in the Carlisle and north Cumbria area, and Dumfriesshire tomorrow. We appreciate the sale of every can or bottle that leaves our store, and we thank you for your continued support

Have a listen to our very own Sandy on BBC Radio Cumbria earlier this week. We believe independent breweries and pubs are essential in our industry and without them we would have a very boring beer scene! The amount of breweries that we have seen close over the last couple of years is really worrying for the future of real ale and craft beer in this part of the country. We do our best to support as many breweries as we can and we hope that you, our customers, all enjoy their beers 🍻

We are going to be at the GRAND OPENING of the new Beaumont Parish Hall!

We'll be there with a selection of cans and bottles for offsales. The parish council are running a bar, so our lovely goodies are to take away and enjoy at home.

The best days of the year for us are when our latest collection of US craft beers arrive on our door step, and we've got another EIGHT freshly arrived for you all to try. We've got imperial stouts, incredible sours and some big hoppy beasts, something for everyone to try! We're delivering this week, and they'll be available on our Quirky Eclectica market stall this weekend too!
