Morning all association members.

Following on from previous posts about the move over to the Clubmate App for ticket renewals.
We still have a large amount of full members/visiting members/ life members
(not trout/course permit holders)
who haven’t replied to the letter sent out and all the posts on social media requesting information needed to move everyone over.

As you are aware, all member applications have to be accepted and passed by the committee.
When joinining you pay a £35 joining fee.
If existing members don’t pass on their details soon then their existing member status will be wiped and they will have to rejoin.
Same goes for life members, they will lose the life members status and will have to reapply for membership.

The Secretary has also been inundated with members sending in their details with at least one of the asked details missing.
A massive unnecessary task for the secretary to deal with.

Information needed!!!

NAME
ADDRESS
EMAIL ADDRESS
DATE OF BIRTH
CONTACT NUMBER

You can send the details to the secretary as requested or message the page here.

If anyone needs any help in any way please feel free to contact me on here.

Thanks All

Failed to respond
51 residents
21 visitors
19 life members

THOSE WITH A PAPER TROUT/COURSE TICKET NEED NOT SEND THEIR INFO IN

Therefore if individuals haven’t responded by 31 July they will have to reapply for 2027.

Life members will also lose their membership status and be required to pay full ticket price.

Hello All members , friends, families, could we all sign this petition.

Amend Schedule 2.1 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to list cormorants, goosanders and red-breasted mergansers that they may be managed, enabling proportionate control to protect inland fisheries and migratory fish populations where serious damage is evidenced.

Evening all members of CAA

You all should have received a letter regarding CAA using the Clubmate app for storing all member details, permits, joining, re-joining etc.

It stated in the letter we need everyone’s Name, Address, DoB, email and phone number emailed over to our club secretary at [email protected]

About half of our members have done this, we need the other half to in order to get things moved over.

Thanks all
