Finally got round to doing the first brews of the year!

Left - a double Elvis Juice based on the Pinter kit but amped up to what should be around 9% going off the OG.

Right - a roasted stout which at first wort was insanely bitter!

Managed to sneak an Arpus dipa in during it too which was an absolute fruit cocktail of a beer!

Next brew - an all Strata ddh hazy pale.

Time for brew number2.
Nothing too tricky; just a Pinter kit of Mexican Lager brewed up by Mrs GTB!

We use a 5litre jug for mixing the extract up; decant into the Pinter, dunk in an iSpindel, add the yeast and away we go!

Double brew day here today!

First one is an all-grain BIAB Czech style lager using the Malt Millers Pinter recipe which has loads of Saazer hops in.

We love using Pinters for small batches esp for NEIPA that benefit from fermentation under pressure, highly recommend these for people who want to start brewing as there loads of 5l all-grain recipes available and you can design your own!
