What started as a bit of fun for me and my son has grown into something much bigger…

After making hundreds of pizzas, researching recipes, and constantly fine-tuning our craft, we truly believe we’re serving up some of the best pizzas around — and we can’t wait for you to try them.

We’ll be opening very soon, starting with a couple of evenings and weekends. If you’re looking for authentic, high-quality Neapolitan-style pizza, come and give us a try — we’re confident you won’t be disappointed.

Everything is always prepared freshly in advance of a pop up pizza night, I’ll be working from a catering trailer specifically built for producing some of the finest Neapolitan pizza’s in & around Carlisle, something I feel the town is lacking.
