Join the team at Y Stand Laeth!

Due to our continued expansion, we're looking for a Dairy Processing Operative to provide Saturday and potentially holiday cover.

This is a hands-on role within our busy dairy, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is happy to be part of a small, hardworking team.

The role includes:
🥛 Assisting with the processing and bottling of fresh milk
🧀 Supporting the production and packing of dairy products
🧼 Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the dairy
📦 Preparing customer orders
🏪 Assisting with retail duties when required, including serving customers
🤝 Helping with general day-to-day tasks to keep the dairy running smoothly

We're looking for someone who is:
✅ Reliable, punctual and hardworking
✅ Able to work well as part of a team
✅ Happy to work in a food production environment
✅ Flexible and willing to turn their hand to a variety of tasks
✅ Friendly and professional when dealing with customers

Previous food production or dairy experience is an advantage but not essential—full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Safe to say it's been another successful The Royal Welsh Agricultural Society show for us at Y Stand Laeth. Bringing home 7 gold cards and 2 silvers in the dairy produce section. The show as always didn't disappoint, and was lovely to see so many friends and customers as we walked around yesterday. Don't forget our special show week deals, open 24/7 for milk, and plenty of Beef and Pork in the freezer to keep everyone fed.
