Roedd y croeso a'r adborth yn anhygoel.

Hyfryd oedd hefyd cyfarfod gyda Rhun ap Iorwerth, ein prif weinidog.

Cyfle da i drafod materion dros ddarn o salami.

​It was also lovely to meet Rhun ap Iorwerth, our First Minister.

​A good opportunity to discuss matters over a piece of salami.

Fennel & Green Peppercorn Salami - 2 Stars

Great Taste is the world’s largest and most trusted food and drink accreditation scheme, and to revive two stars is extremely good and we are very pleased 😊

Here are a few comments from the judges:

The coppa is finely cut with good marbling running through it. It falls apart in the mouth and has a good mouthfeel. The taste is not too salty and the pepper flavour comes through. The coppa gives a good meaty flavour. Nitrite free is always welcome!

We thoroughly enjoyed this little salami. Attractive to look at, it sliced very well. Vibrant in colour and the fat was also bright and white. The fennel and peppercorns were generous but not overpowering in any way and really complemented the sweet pork. The meat had a bite to it and the flavour lasted well on the palate. Delicious charcuterie.

This is just superb. Both the fennel and peppercorn are present, though never overpowering the pork. The garlic is just perceptible - this feels impeccably well done and very well balanced.
