Blasus is an independent, family owned Delicatessen specialising in delicious hand-made food and wine from Wales, Italy and the rest of Europe. We stock a strong range of raw-milk farmhouse cheeses, fine wines (mainly Old World, with a focus on Italy), quality charcuterie, fresh bread, pasta & rice, olives, very very good coffee (from a small roasting house in Bristol), home made tarts (both sweet

and savoury), pickles and preserves and a good selection of olive oils and vinegars. We make a fantastic selection of filled baguettes on site every day - Sweet Chilli Crayfish is a Carmarthen staple! We also offer an office lunch buffet service - just drop us an email for details.
