▪️ Carmarthen Ham Production & Packing Assistant

We’re looking for friendly, reliable and hard-working people who’d like to be part of a growing local family business with exciting plans ahead — from artisan food production and retail to food festivals, wholesale growth and the continued expansion of.

Experience is helpful, but attitude, personality and willingness to learn are just as important to us.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities may be available depending on the candidate.

🚀 First trade show of 2026 for Carmarthen Ham

Today we’re at the Castell Howell Foods trade show at Parc y Scarlets in Llanelli 🏉

Always a good one — packed with chefs, buyers, and plenty of familiar faces from across Wales.

Even better… it’s a big day for Jason 👏
Our (relatively) new team member is making his trade show debut with us today!

No pressure, Jason — just a few hundred food industry folk to impress 😅
