Our pork mince is one thing we always like to have in the fridge at home. It’s so versatile, easy to cook with, and perfect for family meals. 

Spaghetti bolognese, tacos piled high with all the toppings, a comforting cottage pie or sticky Asian-style pork bowls… there’s always something you can turn it into.

Made using our mature pork, it has an almost beefy flavour. Try this in your next mince dish and see what you think!

BLT

Using our own streacle! Something we started back in lock down to add a twist to your breakfast. Streaky bacon cured with black pepper, mace, fennel seeds and black treacle. Its even better paired with tomatoes from our grandparents greenhouse! 🍅 🥓

It's been a busy and exciting summer for us at Myrddin Heritage. Very little sleep, hot days and new businesses. We're greatful for it all.

Making the most of the warm evenings while we have them. Kayaking in Stackpole, mine and Mr Sydney's new favourite place.

With the sun shining and the pigs enjoying the outdoors, our little boy is always keen to check in on the animals after school.

Our pigs are kept outdoors with plenty of room to roam and muddy wallows to cool off on hot, sunny days like these.
