Dear Valued Customer,
As a valued member of our community, we believe it is important to keep you informed of recent developments at Cwm Gwendraeth.
Over the past few months, we have undergone a number of changes which have impacted the pace of our operations and forward planning. Throughout this period, our dedicated team – whom we consider part of our extended family – have continued to work diligently to ensure your milk deliveries have remained reliable and on time.
As we look to the future, it has become clear that in order to expand and enhance the level of service we provide, further investment and operational adjustments are required. These developments come with additional financial and logistical considerations.
We are currently in discussions with a potential new operator who has expressed a keen interest in taking the business forward. We will, of course, keep you fully informed as these conversations progress.
In preparation for a smooth and efficient transition, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily pause operations.
Our final delivery date will be Friday, 17th October.
We are incredibly grateful for your continued support and understanding during this period of change. We will provide further updates in due course and are hopeful that services will resume in the near future.
In the meantime, we kindly request the following:
1. Please leave out any empty bottles as you normally would.
2. Ensure any outstanding balances on your account are settled.
3. For accounts in credit, refunds will be issued – kindly email us your bank details so we can process these promptly.
4. Cancel any active Standing Orders relating to your deliveries.
