Happy Sunday! 🌞

It’s the middle of summer and it actually feels like it this afternoon here in Carmarthen! 🕶️

As it’s warmed up, I’d like to just mention the storage guidelines for keeping your eggs as fresh as when they leave our farm.

Eggs must be kept below 20C. During Summer, the best place for them is on the middle shelf, near the back of the fridge and in their original packaging (not a hot kitchen when it is already warm outside). As for the rest of the year, please store in a cool, dry place.

Have a lovely evening everyone.
