At Greenlands Farm Village we are all about bringing people together to enjoy a wonderful day out, whatever the weather. On our open farm you can pet storybook farm animals, pedal (size permitting!) a mini tractor, lark about in a hay strewn play barn, explore the wooden adventure set inside it and, should the sun be shining, picnic by the paddocks (but don’t worry if it is raining – much of Green

lands is undercover). In our artisan village you can buy award-wining regional produce in our farm shop and discover other foodie goodies from both near and far, savour home cooked, locally sourced cooked fayre in our cafe, or simply relax with a fresh brew while the kids revel in a soft play centre. You can also browse through a hand-selected range of distinctive toys, books, clothes, soaps and skincare, plants and wines. All this is the vision of Roger Mason who turned his traditional family farm into what you

🐽 MORE PIGLETS ON THE FARM 🐽

Do you remember the video we did on Big Bertha’s arrival at the farm, and how she would be due to farrow in 3-4 weeks? Well she didn’t want to wait that long 😂
On Friday as we were preparing lamb milk we heard the squeal of a new born piglet and gave our visitors something good to watch

It’s certainly been a busy week on the Open Farm…

On Friday, we welcomed our second set of piglets within the same week! Our Large White sow, Bertha, kept us on our toes in what was a long and tense birth! Just look at those little faces… 🥰

These little ones will grow up EXTREMELY quickly, make sure you come and visit them before they get too big!

Have you met Bella & Harriet?! Our 2 young Highland heifers are doing very well with their halter training. We had them out for a walk around the paddocks yesterday & even had a go grooming them - with plenty of help from our farm pup, Nala! 🐾

Our miniature Zebu’s have gone outside to enjoy the grass
If you’d like to see them on your visit they’re just in one of our fields in our paddocks

Meet our ADORABLE Kune Kune piglets, born just today! 🙌

Maisy, our experienced sow, did very well this afternoon with all healthy and happy piglets! They are absolutely tiny, but still full of energy at such a young age…. Plenty more updates to come, including dates for handling, evening sessions and so much more! 👀
