Our shop & bar on High Street, Barry is open Tuesday & Wednesday this week for any last minute gift buying 🎁

We’re open as a bar as well as a shop Christmas week and in the run up to New Year (before we have a bit of a break in the start of January) so not only can you stop in to stock up on your Christmas drinks, but you can grab a glass of something lovely while you’re here.

Our opening hours for our wine bar & shop on High Street in Barry in the lead up to the end of the year are:

Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus! Celebrate St David's Day with a Welsh 75, made with Barry Island Welsh Dry Gin and White Castle Sparkling Welsh Wine.

To make this delicious cocktail, add some ice to a cocktail shaker then pour in:
- 25ml Barry Island Welsh Dry Gin
- 12.5ml Lemon Juice
- 12.5ml sugar syrup

Shake and double strain in to a flute, top with sparkling Welsh wine from White Castle Vineyards and enjoy! Iechyd da 🥂

Stacey’s 75 🍸 We’ve been working on some special cocktail recipes to help celebrate the party season.

If you’ve ordered one of our limited edition Gavin and Stacey inspired G&S bottles of Barry Island Pink Gin then this Stacey’s 75 is one for you to try. Bright and bubbly like our Stace it’s proper lush. As Joanna Page loves a pink gin it had to be the star of Stacey’s cocktail.

Stacey’s 75
25ml Barry Island Pink Gin (G&S Edition if you have it)
12.5 rosé port
15ml lemon juice
10 ml sugar syrup
50ml Prosecco

Pour the gin, port, lemon and sugar and n to a shaker with ice and shake. Double strain in to a coupe and top with Prosecco. Garnish with raspberries or a lemon slice and enjoy 🍸
