It's Tuesday and just 6 days until Christmas π
Now, I know this time of year is difficult for lots of people, for lots of reasons and sometimes the motivation to eat just isn't there, I understand that and fully appreciate it.
I've seen a few lovely people following the page over the last few days and I wanted to take a wee second to say a very sincere thank you for taking the time to show interest in my page and business, it really means a lot. I always get a little excited when I get a new follower because its personal.

I know it's worrying and difficult to make change, especially with food, sometimes even embarrassing to admit to yourself you can't do it anymore or need a bit of help, and that's absolutely okay. I won't judge you, not in the slightest. I want nothing more than to help, I'm not taking anything away from you, you still have your independence and freedom but you don't need to peel tatties and veg or cook anything.
The best bit is that YOU tell ME exactly what you want to eat and how you want it made. I am but your humble chef!
If you don't want something too spicy that's fine, maybe your like my gran and prefer simple home cooking like baked fish in butter or sauce and mince and tatties, whatever it is you like, however you like it, just let me know and I'll do it.
I was a chef for 8 years, working all kinds of places from country golf resorts and a west coast island hotel with fresh seafood literally at the door on the beech, to roadside cafes, care homes and children's nurseries, I've got experience.
What's more important though is my 36 years of experience cooking and baking with my gran, and my mum too! My gran has a weak stomach so can't have garlic and has never had Chinese or Indian food in her life, I can please her with most things I turn out, I keep it simple and flavourful, it's what she wants and likes.
I'd like to think I can do it for you too. π
Quality ingredients make a meal I say, proper butcher meat nicely cooked, vegetables locally sourced ready to pop in the microwave (or a pot if you wish).
All the trays I use have only 1 part of the meal in them. By that I mean 1 tray for your meat or whatever the main bit is and another tray with 1 or more vegetables, chosen by you, in it. I never use big trays that have everything in them that you put in the oven all at once.
The reason for that is because by the time your meat or main bit is hot the vegetables are over cooked and horrible and that ruins the meal.
I fully appreciate that if you're already getting frozen meals elsewhere that changing might be worrying or stressful but I'll offer all new customers that order before the 29th of December 2023 a wee discount so you can try my meals out.
How does 10% off AND a reduced minimum order to just Β£15 sound? That's 3 items, ANY 3 items.
You could get 3 main meals and you'd hit the Β£15, or 1 main meal, vegetables and a dessert and you'd be close to the Β£15.
I did take a lot of meals and things off my website and I'll explain why in a separate post, but remember, just because its not on the website doesn't mean you can't have it.
My bespoke dishes are completely different to you telling me what you'd like to have. A bespoke dish is you giving me a recipe and me having to find ingredients and do a few tests with you to get the taste right.
I DO NOT CHARGE FOR REQUESTS, I only charge for bespoke dishes that involve you giving me a particular recipe to follow.

I honestly, hand on heart, want nothing more than to help the amazing people that have liked and followed my page and indeed already registered as a customer but haven't ordered yet.
Oh yes, the discount applies to the folk already registered but that haven't ordered yet too.
