This weekend three years ago we were privileged to welcome the Hairy Bikers to our wee part of the world.

It was the most wonderful afternoon and led to us appearing on The Hairy Bikers Go West.

We are acutely aware that the changes that have happened since then can be traced back to that visit and we will always be hugely appreciative of the time that we spent with them.

The investment in new equipment, the new pasta shapes and the awareness of our products all accelerated by two amazing people and their team that have done so much for many small businesses and brought so much joy to millions.

Some time ago we were asked to provide our pasta as kitchen background props for a new Alan Cu***ng movie. Tonight we are going to The Fullarton to watch the movie and try and spot our pasta. 😀

Earlier this week we had the great privilege of attending the open day for the launch of Victor Pizza's new factory in Coatbridge. What a fantastic factory and a wonderful family business.

Scotlands second national dish can be made with almost any pasta shape but it really is best with short cut macaroni.

So our next shape for you to enjoy will be MacOATaroni for a really special mac 'n' cheese.

Planned to be available in the next 4 weeks.

What if anything do you like to add to yours? We love roasted butternut squash.

The Arran cheddar with mustard really added something extra as well.
