BEHIND THE COUNTER NIGHTS!
We have 2 places left for our Behind the Counter Night on Wednesday the 25th of February.
If you are interested please email us at [email protected] for more info or to get booked in.
On these nights you will try your hand at butchering a half lamb with us talking and showing you through how to produce all the cuts ready for you to take home for your freezer! We will provide you with the knife, apron and cut proof glove (for you to keep) and of course the half lamb for you to cut on the night and take home.

BEHIND THE COUNTER NIGHTS!
We are thinking of bringing back our popular Behind the Counter Nights.
If you have ever wondered where your favourite cut of meat came from or wanted to have a go at butchery?
We are thinking of running a hands on butchery class, butchering a half lamb into all the cuts ready for you to take home for your freezer! We will provide you with the knife, apron and cut proof glove (for you to keep) and of course the half lamb for you to cut on the night and take home. These nights will be very limited numbers, if you are interested please drop us a DM or email us and we will get back to you.
