We source our grain from local Irish farmers, supporting regional agriculture while reducing transport impact. After distillation, our spent grain is returned as nutrient-rich animal feed, creating a circular system that keeps resources in use.

This approach supports local communities, reduces waste, and helps us craft whiskey that truly reflects the land it comes from.
