Home made Achaar ( pickle)
Keri ( raw Mangoes) green chillies, lemon 🍋 garlic.
One jar is ready green chillies and lemon.
Other two jars are ready for the sunlight soak.

A little mess, part of Achaar journey, washed dried and brined in (salt + turmeric) for couple of days. Achaar masala, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, crushed red chillies, Turmeric powder, nigella seeds, green cardamom, salt, slightly crushed and dry roasted. Mustard oil 🪔
A big thanks to fermentation process throughout.
