Caithness free range eggs are laid and packed at the very top of Scotland, overlooking the Pentland Firth and the Orkney Islands. Lochquoy Farm "(the house by the loch") is a 100-acre family farm, owned by Mike and Liz Armitage and a partnership with their son Pete. The farm is all down to grass and any ground not grazed by the hens or the horses on livery is cut for silage and hay to keep the pas

tures fresh. We have farmed here for nearly 20 years, starting with beef and sheep and, 14 years ago, diversified into free range egg production, We have 6 sheds that house our 12,000 birds thus offering a high quality product coupled with a seven-days-a-week delivery service, ensuring our customers receive their eggs as fresh as possible.
