✨ Another year, another beautiful Thermomix journey… ✨

Another year has passed, and once again I feel incredibly grateful to be part of this amazing Thermomix family. 🤍

I was so lucky to be recognised again by Thermomix for my work as an Advisor — and while the recognition is lovely, for me, the real reason to celebrate is YOU. 🥹

Today I had the most beautiful little taste of traditional Dalmatian life 🌿☀️

I got to pick my own vegetables straight from the garden — tomatoes, potatoes, zucchinis and so much more. 🥔🍅🥒 And of course, as a Thermomix Advisor, my first thought was: “Oh, the beautiful dishes I could make with all of this!” 😍

There is something so special about seeing people still growing their own food, naturally and with so much love. It reminds us how precious it is to have access to fresh, organic vegetables — and how important it is to appreciate and protect this way of living. 🌱

From the garden to the kitchen, simple, fresh ingredients are where the magic begins. And with Thermomix, there are endless beautiful ways to turn them into something delicious. 💚✨

A little Dalmatian experience I’ll definitely cherish. 🇭🇷🌿

Today’s recipe is the perfect refreshing lunch for a warm day – a High-Protein Cold Cucumber Soup 🥒

Ingredients:🥒 1 cucumber🥑 1 avocado🥚 2 boiled eggs🧀 1 packet cottage cheese🍷 1 tbsp red wine vinegar🧂 Salt & pepper to taste🧄 Garlic🌿 Fresh basil

➡️ Add everything to your Thermomix® and blend 20 seconds / Speed 10.

Serve topped with fresh basil, finely sliced cucumber, and some freshly baked bread. Or enjoy it with boiled potatoes for an even heartier meal. So simple, fresh, and absolutely delicious!

Per keletą praleistų pilnų emocijų dienų gimtineje norisi įkelti postą 😁 ypač po vakarelio su draugemis 👯 🥂
Turėjome fantastišką vakarą su draugėmis – tema „Sugrįžimas į praeitį“. Juokėmės iki ašarų, valgėme, plepėjome, mėgavomės nuostabiu sodu ir prudu :) it šampanu 🥂... Ir tada pagalvojau:

Palaukit... o kur Thermomix? 🤔😂

Lietuviai turi gražiausius sodus, jaukiausius namelius, skaniausius šašlykus... bet Thermomix dar ne visur spėjo apsigyventi. O juk jis neužima pusės virtuvės – kaip tik atvirkščiai! Vienas kompaktiškas prietaisas pakeičia daugybę kitų, todėl idealiai tinka tiek nedideliam butui, tiek s**o namelyje.

Prisipažinsiu... dabar, kai atvažiuoju į svečius, akys jau pačios ieško ne kavos aparato, o Thermomix. 😂

Man atrodo, kad Lietuvoje dar laukia labai daug virtuvių, kurios net nežino, kiek laiko, vietos ir pastangų galėtų sutaupyti.

Na ką, lietuviai... gal jau metas leisti Thermomix’ui įsikraustyti ir pas jus? 😉💚

Today I made this vibrant beetroot & apple salad with:
💜 Fresh beetroot
🍎 Apples
🥕 Carrots
🧅 Onion
🌿 Fresh coriander

The Thermomix chopped everything perfectly in just 5 seconds, and the whole salad was ready in only 10 minutes, including preparation! ⏱️
