🍅 Tomato season has officially started — and tomatoes are definitely my favorite vegetable! Today I’m making one of my all-time favorite soups: Tomato Soup from the Cookidoo® platform recipe.
I always make a few little adjustments: instead of 400g of tomatoes, I double it and use 800g for an even richer tomato flavor. I also use my homemade vegetable-chicken stock concentrate, which I prepared earlier in the Thermomix, and finish it with fresh basil picked straight from my garden. 🌿
I love that this recipe includes lentils, which add extra protein, fiber, and nutrients while making the soup beautifully creamy and satisfying.
One of the biggest reasons I love cooking soups in the Thermomix is the simplicity. No multiple saucepans, no separate frying pan for sautéing vegetables, and no digging out a blender afterwards. Everything happens in one bowl — chopping, sautéing, cooking, and blending. Less mess, less washing up, and a delicious homemade soup ready to enjoy. Dm me for more info ❣️
