A little more prep for the week, and a little more using things up before I have to throw them away!!

Made a start on the giant courgette.....Ryan made a bolognaise and threw some in that, and I've made a carrot and courgette crustless quiche and some air fryer roasted tomato and courgette soup!

All ready for a fabulous week of food optimising!
