And just like that, the months of planning this once in a life time adventure has come round for my wife and 13 of her Awmb sisters who are off today to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. They are going to make history as they will be the first group of south Asian women to ever climb the worlds tallest free standing mountain. This is such a massive deal and is going to be so inspiring for the next generation of girls to go dream big and challenge the status quo. They will have a film crew to document this epic journey so that the footage can then be aired to inspire generations to go out and break barriers. Another successful event done ✅

We’re always humbled and full of gratitude at all our events. Me and Kiran normally have a quick de-brief about the events, what went well, what we could have done better etc and then we always say how lovely and welcoming the family was. This event was exactly the same, the family were amazing.

Big thanks to Guv and Sonia for booking us for their lovely daughters 4th birthday and celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary. Thank you for showing us so much love and kindness yesterday. You have an amazing family and it was our pleasure to be a part of your celebrations☺️

'Parm's 40th'

Wishing a very very happy birthday. This event was special for a lot of reasons, but mainly because it was a celebration of somebody who deserves it the most! It was humbling to see the family get together to share emotional and joyous moments together, being a part of these events makes it all the more special. Happy birthday to my mirror image! Hands on, great with cooking utensils and even better with tools! Education is important, but so is life skills. Dyslexia is not a weakness, it has allowed us to figure different ways to help build resilience and support Riya to be the best she can be.

It's been a busy weekend and I wouldn't have it any other way. Food is such a huge part of my life and who I am. To be able to share it with so many people is a complete bonus.

As the weekends are getting booked up, I am humbled and grateful and still a little shocked.

I received this gift from a booking I did a few weeks back and it's such a privilege to be part of so many special occasions, all I can hope is that I continue to make these occasions special.

Tandoori Paneer Tikka

Full of flavour, cooked to perfection.

Was trying to get fancy with the mint chutney...but it just looks messy. Perfect to eat on a hot summers day. This is Kiran's favourite and she could eat this everyday 😂.
