I had the absolute honour of making a wedding cake for a very special friend. They had the best ideas and flavours!
The first is a tiramisu cake, filled with mascapone and white chocolate ganache, and covered with Irish cream & coffee ganache!
The middle cake is a traditional victoria sandwich filled with cherry jam. The final cake is a vegan & gluten free lemon & blueberry cake. I loved make these cakes and getting to try them too! And it was a beautiful wedding to attend 🤍🤍🤍

A 5am start to crumb coat the cakes and a late night finish it will be to do final coat and decorate the cakes with an white chocolate ganache for extra stability in this heatwave 🥵

Please keep all cakes someone VERY cool (fridge) and out of direct sunlight when you're ready for cut them. I know the cakes are usually a centre point at the function but they can't survive in the heat.

Please make sure your air con is any for the whole journey for any cake collections.
